摘要
目前,大部分陆上油田的开发已进入中后期,地面系统的处理量及站场负荷均按照建设初期设计投运,面临站场负荷率低、管道输油量低、集油工艺能耗高、小断块拉运费用高等问题。针对这些共性问题,以某油田为例,通过输油方式区域调整、集油工艺整体优化、边零小断块密闭处理等三项工艺技术,提高了站场负荷率,消除了安全隐患,完成了地面集输系统的整体简化优化,达到节能降耗、安全运行的目的,其思路可供其他油田参考借鉴。
        At present, the development of most onshore oilfields has entered the middle and late stage. The processing capacity and station load of the surface system are put into operation according to the design of the initial construction period,and they face problems such as low station load rate,low pipeline transportation rate, high energy consumption of oil gathering process and high cost of small fault block hauling. In view of these common problems and taking a certain oilfield as an example,through three technologies of adjusting oil transportation methods by areas, overall optimization of oil gathering process and airtight treatment of small fault blocks, station load rate is improved and safety hidden troubles are eliminated to complete the overall simplification and optimization of surface gathering and transportation system,which can achieve the purpose of energy saving,consumption reducing and safe operation. The idea can be used for reference in the other oilfields.
