摘要
对动车组空气弹簧进行低温性能试验是改善高寒动车组转向架动力学性能的重要方面。简要分析了空气弹簧的低温工况,设计了空气弹簧全低温二维加载试验方案,并与常温和半低温试验方案进行分析比对,重点通过全低温二维加载试验方案来研究空气弹簧的低温气密性、垂向刚度及横向刚度。研究表明:试验设计与实际工况一致,全低温二维加载试验方案更能准确反映出空气弹簧的低温性能,随着温度降低空气弹簧垂向、横向刚度变大,低温气密性满足要求。
        Low temperature test on the air spring is an important means for improving alpine EMUs bogie dynamic performance. Low temperature working condition of air spring was analyzed briefly, and air spring full two-dimensional load testing scheme at low temperature was designed and compared to normal and half low temperature test scheme, by which the low temperature air tightness and vertical stiffness and lateral stiffness of air spring was studied. Research result showed that: the design of experiments was consistent with the actual working condition, and the low temperature two-dimensional load testing scheme could more accurately reflect the mechanical properties at low temperature of air spring; with the temperature decreasing, air spring vertical and lateral stiffness increases, and low temperature air tightness could meet the requirements.
