摘要
本文采用了DOE的试验方法,通过对试验结果建模,建立了燃烧参数与排放、性能的数据模型,分析了某欧三柴油机的燃烧参数组合对发动机性能影响,优化了某柴油机的标定数据,并讨论了模型精度与样本空间的关系。最终优选了燃烧参数组合,使发动机排放结果满足欧三法规限值要求。
Based on DOE and test results, the data model of combustion parameter, exhaust emission, engine performance was set up.The article analyses the effect of one diesel combustion parameter combination on engine performance, optimizes the calibration date of one diesel engine, and discusses the relationship between the precision of model and sample space. At last, it gets the best combination of combustion parameter in order to satisfy the Euro Ⅲ Emission standard.
