不可逆电穿孔消融联合化疗治疗肝胆管细胞癌1例

<正>临床资料患者男,64岁。因"进行性消瘦3个月余,外院诊断肝胆管细胞癌1周"入院。既往2007年因胆囊结石行"腔镜下胆囊切除术"。患者自2018年1月初开始出现胃纳下降,伴进行性消瘦,体重下降4 kg。2018年3月30日于当地医院行CT检查提示肝脏占位,进一步转上海复旦大学肿瘤医院就诊,完善PET/CT检查:考虑肝癌可能性大,伴左腹膜转移
