摘要
船舶工程技术专业岗位胜任力主要是通过"双主体"培养岗位技能、第二课堂培养职业特质以及校企共建课程体系来实现。这对职业院校的人才培养提出了更高的要求,需要进一步强化校企合作办学的力度和深度,以企业需求为导向,借助企业的资源和市场,结合学校理论教学和技能培养的优势,形成具有核心竞争力的岗位胜任力培养模式,并将其融入现代学徒制教育模式中,以适应我国船舶工业发展的需要。
The post competence for the specialty of Ship Engineering Technology is mainly achieved through the training of "Double Subjects",the extracurricular classroom activities to cultivate professional traits and construction of school-enterprise joint curriculum system. This puts higher requirements on the cultivation of talents in vocational colleges. It needs to further strengthen the intensity and depth of school-enterprise cooperation. Guided by enterprises' needs with the resources and market of enterprises in combination with the advantages of theory teaching and skill training from colleges, a competency-based training model with core competiveness is shaped, which is integrated into modern apprenticeship education model to meet the needs of development for Chinese shipbuilding industry.
