摘要
暖通空调(HVAC)系统是液化天然气(LNG)生产核心工艺模块中使用的一套采暖、通风、空气调节系统,该系统具有设备复杂、体积庞大、空间分布广的特点。核心模块生产工艺的设计复杂,空间有限,HVAC系统布置及其结构支撑的设计难度大。以某LNG核心工艺模块设计建造项目为例,文章介绍了核心工艺模块HVAC系统的组成,基于系统各部分的功能、外形特征,空间分布,装卸需求等考虑因素,从优化结构支撑设计的角度,剖析该系统中结构支撑的设计。
The HVAC system is a heating,ventilation and air conditioning system used in the core process module of LNG production. The HVAC system has the characteristics of complex equipment,large volume and wide space distribution. The core module production process design is complex,space is limited,and HVAC system layout and structural support design difficult. Taking a LNG core process module design and construction project as an example,this paper introduces the composition of the core process module HVAC system,based on the functions of each part of the system,shape characteristics,spatial distribution,loading and unloading requirements and other considerations. From the point of view of optimizing structural support design,the design of structural support in this system is analyzed.
