摘要
以缩水甘油醚环氧树脂/低粘度端环氧基聚硫树脂复配体系为基体树脂,以改性脂环胺为固化剂,添加适量的由聚硫醇与腰果酚酚醛胺(PKA)复配的快速固化促进剂,筛选合适的颜填料和荧光颜料,研制了一种可快速固化的长寿命超高固体份压载舱涂料,并对该涂料的性能进行了检测。考查了不同固化剂组成体系对涂料快速固化及其性能的影响,结果表明:该涂料具有良好的快固速度,在高湿环境下仍具有优异的附着力、耐盐雾腐蚀性能及耐阴极剥离性能。
        In the experiments, the modified epoxy-resin ballast tank coating featured by the fast-curing, long-life, ultra-high solids and higher anti-corrosion was developed. The modified epoxy-resin coating was prepared by using glycidyl ether epoxy resin/low-viscosity epoxy-based polysulfide resin as matrix resin, modified cycloaliphatic amine as curing agent, adding appropriate amount of fast curing accelerator formulated with polythiol and cardanol phenolic amine(PKA), screening suitable pigments and fluorescent pigments. Then the influence of different curing agent on fast curing effect and the coating properties are investigated and the results show that the paint has fast curing rate and has excellent adhesion, great salt spray corrosion resistance and cathodic stripping resistance under.high humidity conditions.
