摘要
为研究超声辅助提取鸡桑叶多糖的工艺,以超声功率、超声时间、超声温度和液料比为工艺指标,研究不同工艺参数对鸡桑叶多糖提取率的影响,并用响应面对超声辅助提取鸡桑叶多糖工艺进行优化。结果表明,鸡桑叶多糖的最佳提取工艺为:超声功率80 W、超声时间26 min、超声温度73℃和液料比19∶1(m L/g),在此条件下,鸡桑叶多糖提取率为48.21 mg/g,与预测值相比,其相对误差为0.41%。
        In order to research the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of polysaccharides from Morus australis leaves,the influence of process parameters including ultrasonic power,ultrasonic time,temperature and liquid-solid ratio on polysaccharides yield from Morus australis leaves were investigated and the response surface methodology was used to optimize. Results showed that the optimal process of ultrasound-assisted extraction of polysaccharides from Morus australis leaves was ultrasonic power 80 W,time 26 min,temperature73 ℃ and liquid-solid ratio 19 ∶ 1(m L/g). Under these conditions,the polysaccharide extraction yield was48.21 mg/g,the relative error was 0.41 % compared with the predicted value.
