摘要
本文以A356铝合金轮毂样件进行数控铣削,对铝合金轮毂样件在加工时可能会出现的粘刀、热涨、表面刮痕等现象进行分析。通过调整加工参数来优化加工表面质量,并最终满足使用要求。
In this paper,the A356 aluminum alloy wheel prototype is used for CNC milling,and the analysis of the sticking knife,heat rise and surface scratches that may occur in the processing of aluminum alloy wheel hub samples is analyzed. Optimize the surface quality by adjusting the processing parameters and finally meet the requirements for use.
