不等厚松散层大采高工作面支架适应性研究

摘要
为了研究纳二矿621-01综采工作面不等厚松散层下支架选择的合理性,采用现场实测与UDEC数值模拟对比分析。埋深为178~185.5 m时、基载比平均为3.31;埋深为110~135 m时,基载比平均为5.63。现场实测发现工作面周期来压步距为18.9~28.7 m,基载比越大时工作面支架工作阻力越小、动载系数越小,矿压显现缓和,数值模拟与实测结果相吻合。
        In order to study the powered support selection rationality of unequal unconsolidated strata in Na 2 mine 621-01 working face,the field measurement and UDEC numerical simulation was carried out. When the depth is from 178 m to 185.5 m, the ratio of rock and loading is 3.31,the ratio of rock and loading is 5.63 with the depth is from 110 m to 135 m. The site measurement found that the periodic weighting length from 18.9 m to 28.7 m, when ratio of rock and loading is bigger,the working resistance and the dynamic load factor is smaller,the lower the ground pressure, the numerical simulation is in agreement with the measured results.
