摘要
针对软弱厚煤层巷道支护中存在的问题,分析了软弱厚煤层巷道变形破坏特征,提出采用由高预应力锚杆、单体锚索、锚索桁架组成的联合支护系统。以金海洋公司5203巷道为例,分析了生产地质特征,并将该套支护系统应用于现场支护试验,试验结果显示顶板控制效果良好,对同类巷道的支护设计具有一定的参考价值。
Aiming at the problems existed in roadway support of soft and thick coal seam,the deformation and fracture characteristics were analyzed,and a set of combining support system with high pre-stress bolt,single cable and truss cable was proposed. The support system was applied to a typical soft and weak coal roadway in Shanxi for test. The results show that,the roof controlling effect is favorable and the study could offer reference for the supporting design of the similar roadways.
