摘要
在大力倡导终身教育理念、加快建设学习型社会的背景下,开放远程教育得到了进一步的发展。导学员作为开放教育中学生的直接管理者,与任课教师和学生的联系及交流非常密切。然而,目前导学员的角色定位不准,工作量琐碎,在一定程度上影响了工作激情和服务意识,因此,有必要加强导学员在开放教育中的角色定位研究,加强制度建设,发挥导学员在开放教育中的管理作用,提高开放教育导学员的自身素养和支持服务质量。
Under the background of vigorously advocating the concept of lifelong education and speeding up the construction of a learning society, open distance education has been further developed. As the direct manager of students in open education, the guiding learning attendant has close contact and communication with teachers and students. However, at present, the role of the guiding learning attendant is not accurate, and the workload is trivial, which affects the passion of work and the sense of service to a certain extent. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the research on the role orientation of guiding learning attendant in open education, strengthen the construction of system, give full play to the management role of guiding learning attendant in open education, and improve the quality of their own literacy and support service.
