按照自己的节奏生长——关于当代教育问题的批判性反思之四

摘要
无论是地方高校还是学生个人,按照自己的节奏生长比艳羡并模仿别人的成功更重要。我们需要秉持务实的精神,在接受现实的前提下改变现实。地方高校必须按照自身的法则来生长,没有必要在整体上追赶一流高校,这是地方高校的资源局限决定的。但地方高校完全可以在"增值服务"上达到极佳的实施效果。"抢跑式"教育必须被遏制,否则贻害无穷。我们需要戒骄戒躁,努力建构健康和可持续发展的教育教学机制。
It is more important to develop at one's own pace than to envy and imitate the success of others, both for local universities and individual students. This paper states that local colleges and universities must develop in accordance with their own laws, and there is no need or possibility to catch up with those first-class colleges and universities on the whole, which is decided by the resource limitations of local colleges and universities. But local colleges and universities can achieve excellent implementation effects on "value-added service" completely. "Jump-start" education must be curbed, or it will do great harm. To guard against arrogance and rashness and strive, it is necessary to construct a healthy and sustainable education and teaching mechanism.
