定制化装备制造企业数字化体系探索与实践

摘要
在"中国制造2025"和"互联网+"的大背景下,我国高端装备制造业面临产品规模化定制与数字化战略转型的机遇和挑战。基于对高端定制化装备制造企业本质和典型特征的分析,提出一套以客户价值链和产品生命链为纲,研发设计数字化和产品机器人化为龙头,多个信息化系统为基础的高度适配的数字化体系架构;并解析此体系架构各个部分的内涵和关系,重点阐述以"五维模型"为核心,面向高端定制化装备全生命周期管理的研发设计数字化思路和方案;最后以中国铁建重工集团有限公司数字化体系的规划和建设实践为例,总结其对高端装备行业的借鉴意义以及未来发展的趋势。
        Under the background of "Made in China 2025" and "Internet +", the high-end equipment manufacturing industry of China is facing opportunities and challenges of product scale customization and digital strategic transformation. Based on the analysis of the nature and typical characteristics of high-end customized equipment manufacturing enterprises, this paper puts forward a highly adaptive digital architecture, which is outlined by customer value chain and product life chain, headed by R&D digitization and product robotization, and based on multiinformation systems as well. The connotation and relationship among every parties within the digital architecture are analyzed, and the R&D digital design ideas and approaches are mainly elaborated by focusing on the core of'five-dimensional model', as well as aiming at high-end customized equipment life cycle management. Finally, the referential significance to the high-end equipment manufacturing industry and its future development trends are summed up by taking the digital architecture planning and construction practice in China Railway Construction Heavy Industry Co. Ltd. as an example.
