摘要
优选药食同源药膳产品参山固体饮料中药复方提取工艺参数,为工业化生产提供依据。根据处方中药材的性质及功效部位采用部分药材醇提,醇提药渣与其他部分药材一并水提,单因素试验考查醇提次数、水提次数,正交设计试验法优选醇提与水提工艺条件,采用HPLC法测定参山固体饮料各样品中人参皂苷Rg1,Re,Rb1的含量,硫酸-苯酚比色法测定参山固体饮料各样品中多糖的含量。结果表明,最优醇提工艺参数为醇提2次,浸泡时间1.0 h,55%乙醇,加乙醇量为药材量的12,8倍,醇回流时间1.5,1.0 h;最优水提工艺参数为水提2次,浸泡时间2 h,水提温度100℃,加水量为药材量的15,10倍,水提时间1.5,1.0 h。优选的参山固体饮料提取工艺条件科学、合理、可行,工艺成熟稳定,适合工业化生产。
Optimization extraction process parameters of Shenshan solid drink to provide the basis for industrialized production.According to the nature and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the prescriptions,parts adopt alcohol extraction, alcohol extraction dregs of a decoction water extraction along with other parts of the medicinal material,single factor experiment investigation the times of alcohol extraction and water extraction,orthogonal design test method optimizing alcohol extraction and water extraction process conditions,HPLC was used to determine the content of Rg1 ginsenosides,Re,the content of Rb1 for Shenshan solid drink samples. Phenol sulfuric acid colorimetry was used to determine the content of polysaccharides in the samples. Results showed that optimal alcohol extraction process parameters were as follows:alcohol extraction twice,soaking time was 1.0 h,55% ethanol,the amount of ethanol added was 12 times and 8 times of the quantity of medicinal materials,and alcohol reflux time was 1.5 h and 1.0 h. The optimal water extraction process parameter was twice water extraction,soaking time 2 h,the water temperature of 100 ℃,and the amount of water added was 15 times and 10 times of the quantity of medicinal materials,water extraction time 1.5 h,1.0 h. The optimum extraction conditions of Shenshan solid drink were scientific,reasonable and feasible,suitable for its industrialized production.
