《中国药典》成方制剂中何首乌药对配伍规律分析

摘要
目的总结并分析何首乌在《中国药典》2015年版成方制剂中的配伍规律。方法以《中国药典》2015年版收载的含有何首乌的成方制剂作为数据来源,统计何首乌配伍药物的名称、功效分类、组分信息,建立数据库,关联何首乌配伍药对并分析主要配伍组分。结果共计纳入55个复方,有253味中药及3种单体药物与何首乌配伍应用。配伍药物以植物药为主,按功效分类主要包括补虚药56味(22.13%)、活血化瘀药22味(8.70%)、清热药19味(7.51%)、祛风湿药18味(7.11%)、理气药17味(6.72%)、解表药13味(5.14%)、平肝熄风药13味(5.14%)、安神药12味(4.74%)。关联分析得到36个何首乌药对,并将配伍药物依据所含组分不同分为4类,配伍组分以多糖、皂苷、黄酮及苷类化合物为主。结论何首乌在成方制剂中主要与补虚药、活血化瘀药进行配伍使用,配伍组分类型主要为多糖、皂苷、黄酮、苷类化合物,其次为萜类、甾体、生物碱、有机酸类物质,以期为反映何首乌配伍规律及机制研究提供参考。
        Objective To summarize the compatibility rules of Polygonum multiflorum in different formulations in Chinese pharmacopoeia(2015 Edition). Methods Preparations containing Polygonum multiflorum were used as the data source. The name, efficacy classification and components of Polygonum multiflorum compatibility drugs were collected to establish a database. Polygonum multiflorum compatibility drug pairs were correlated,and the main compatibility components were analyzed. Results Totally 55 formulas were collected, of which253 were Traditional Chinese Medicine and 3 monomers. Most compatibility medicines were plant medicine,which were classified by function, including 56 tonity deficiency medicines(22.13%), 22 blood-activating and stasis-eliminating medicines(8.70%), 19 heat-clearing medicines(7.51%), 18 antirheumatic(7.11%), 17 Qi-regulating medicines(6.72%), 13 relieving exterior disorder medicines(5.14%), 13 calming liver wind medicines(5.14%) and 12 sedative medicines(4.74%). Altogether 36 compatibility pairs were obtained by correlation analysis. The compatible drugs were divided into 4 categories according to different components,and the main compatible components covered polysaccharides, saponins, flavonoids and glycosides. Conclusion Polygonum multiflorum is mainly used for tonity deficiency, invigorating blood circulation, and removing blood stasis in modern medicine. The types of compatible components are mainly polysaccharides, saponins,flavonoids and glycosides, followed by terpenoids, steroids, alkaloids and organic acids. This study might provide reference and ideas for research on the compatibility rules and mechanism of Polygonum multiflorum.
