摘要
糖尿病可归属于中医"消渴"。刘敏教授认为其病机与脾胃、肝肾等脏腑关系密切,由于脾不能散精而导致胃肠内热,内热伤阴,耗伤津液,导致上热下寒等发为消渴。临床治疗从病证与方证对应入手,选用白虎加人参汤、葛根芩连汤、桃核承气汤、吴茱萸汤、益气聪明汤、附子理中汤、半夏泻心汤、乌梅丸等经方辨证治疗糖尿病,取得较好疗效。
Diabetes mellitus can be categorized into"wasting thirst"in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor LIU Min believes that the pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus is closely correlated with the organs of spleen,stomach,liver,and kidney,and diabetes results from the spleen failing in disseminating the essence,which leads to the accumulation of internal heat in the stomach and intestine.The internal heat injures yin and consumes the body fluid,and results into the syndrome of upper heat and lower cold.By following the combination of diseasesyndrome and formulae-syndrome,Professor LIU usually adopted classical formulae(the formulae recorded in ZHANG Zhong-Jing's works)such as Baihu Jia Renshen Tang(White Tiger Decoction with Radix Ginseng),Gegen Qin Lian Tang(Decoction of Radix Puerariae,Radix Scutellariae and Rhizoma Coptidis),Taohe Chengqi Tang(Semen Persicae Decoction for Purgation),Wuzhuyu Tang(Fructus Evodiae Decoction),Yiqi Congming Tang(Decoction for Strengthening Qi and Improving Hearing and Sight),Fuzi Lizheng Tang(Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata Decoction for Regulating Middle Energizer)Banxia Xiexin Tang(Rhizoma Pinelliae Decoction for Regulating Stomach),Wumei Wan(Fructus Mume Pills)to treat diabetes mellitus,and satisfactory therapeutic effect can be achieved.
