膜片式导尿管治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱的疗效

摘要
目的探讨膜片式导尿管治疗糖尿病神经元性膀胱患者的疗效。方法将145例糖尿病神经源性膀胱患者分为实验组74例与对照组71例。实验组使用膜片式导尿管治疗,对照组用普通导尿管治疗。比较2组治疗前(T0)、治疗1个月(T1)、2个月(T2)及3个月(T3)的Barthel指数、下尿路感染比例、残余尿量、上尿路受累比例及膀胱变形比例。结果实验组各个时点上尿路受累比例、Barthel指数、下尿路感染比例、膀胱变形比例、残余尿量均显著优于对照组(P <0. 05或P <0. 01)。结论与传统的导尿管比较,膜片式导尿管治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱的疗效更为显著。
Objective To study the efficacy of diaphragm shaped catheter in diabetic patients with neuronal bladder. Methods A total of 145 patients with diabetic neurogenic bladder were divided into experimental group( n = 74) and control group( n = 71). The experimental group was treated with diaphragm type catheter,and the control group was treated with common catheter. The Barthel index,the ratio of lower urinary tract infection,the amount of residual urine,and the proportion of upper urinary tract involvement,bladder deformation ratio in the two groups before treatment( T0),1 month( T1),2 months( T2),and 3 months( T3) after treatment were compared. Results The rate of upper urinary tract involvement,Barthel index,infection rate of lower urinary tract,deformed bladder rate and residual urine volume in the experimental group were better than that in the control group( P <0. 05 or P < 0. 01). Conclusion Compared with the traditional urethral catheter,diaphragm catheter in diabetic neurogenic bladder can obtain better curative effect.
