摘要
目的采用响应面分析法优选黄芪女贞子菌质固态发酵条件。方法以菌丝体生长的速度及多糖含量为评价指标,考察药材粒径、发酵温度、菌质初始含水量、发酵时间等因素对黄芪女贞子菌质固态发酵的影响,并确定发酵工艺的具体条件参数。结果以菌丝布满发酵瓶为终点。最佳发酵条件为药材粒径10目,发酵温度26℃,初始含水量为110%,发酵时间15d,接种量10%。结论该研究为黄芪-女贞子系列产品的二次开发及中药材资源的充分利用提供理论试验依据。
Objective To optimize the solid-state fermentation conditions of Huangqi-Nvzhen zi by response surface analysis. Methods The growth rate of mycelium was used as evaluation index to investigate the influence of factors such as particle size, fermentation temperature, initial broth moisture content and fermentation time on the solid-state fermentation of Huangqi-Nvzhenzi, and the specific parameters of the fermentation process were determined.Results The end of the bottle was filled with mycelium. The optimum fermentation conditions were as follows: medicinal particle size 10 mesh, fermentation temperature 27℃, initial moisture content 120%, fermentation time 15 d, and inoculation volume 10%. Conclusion This study provides a theoretical basis for the secondary development of Huangqi-Nvzhenzi and the full utilization of Chinese medicinal materials resources.
