摘要
为青钱柳的产地加工及等级划分提供依据,采集不同生长年限青钱柳,在不同温度下干燥,采用苯酚-硫酸法,考察青钱柳的最佳干燥温度及生长年限对多糖含量的影响。结果表明:不同生长年限和干燥温度对青钱柳中多糖含量均具显著性影响,黔产青钱柳加工时的最佳干燥温度为80℃,生长年限为8年时多糖含量最高。
Cyclocarya paliurus samples with different growth years were dried under different temperature,the effects of drying temperature and growth year of C.paliurus on ploysaccharide content in C.paliurus was investigated by phenol-sulfuric aicd to provide the scientific basis for origin processing and grading of C.paliurus.Results:Different growth years and drying temperature both have the significant effect on polysaccharide content in C.paliurus.The polysaccharide content of C.paliurus with eight growth years under 80℃ drying treatment is the highest among different treatments.
