摘要
目的:研究青钱柳提取物对四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病小鼠降糖作用。方法:随机抽取10只小鼠作为空白组,其余小鼠使用四氧嘧啶130mg/kg腹腔注射,隔日注射,共两次,造模成功后,随机分为模型组、阳性对照组(二甲双胍0. 2g/kg)、青钱柳提取物低(0. 5g/kg)、中(1g/kg)、高(2g/kg)剂量组,每组10只。各给药组每日给予相应药物灌胃,连续给药4周。观察青钱柳提取物对糖尿病小鼠体重、空腹血糖、糖耐量的影响。结果:与模型组比较,青钱柳提取物低、中、高剂量组中,小鼠空腹血糖下降(P <0. 05)、葡萄糖耐受能力增强(P <0. 05)、血糖曲线下面积减少。结论:青钱柳提取物对四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病小鼠高血糖、糖耐受情况具有良好治疗作用,其机制可能与胰岛细胞修复,抑制α-糖苷酶有关。
        Objective: To stduy the hypoglycemic effect of exteacts form Cyclocaryapaliurus( Batal.) Ijinskaja on diabettic mice which was induced alloxan( a durg which can selective destroy the insular btea-cell of animal). Methods: Ten mice were randomly selected as blank group,and the remaining mice were injected intraperitoneally with alloxan 130 mg/kg. The injections were performed every other day for two times. After successful modeling,the mice were randomly divided into model group and positive controlled group( metformin 200 mg/kg),and three groups with different concentration Cyclocaryapaliurus( Batal.)Ijinskaja extracts low,middle,high( 50 mg/kg,100 mg/kg,200 mg/kg),each group with ten mice. Each drug-administered group was given intragastric administration of the corresponding drug daily for four weeks,and to observe the effects of the Cyclocaryapaliurus( Batal.) Ijinskaja extracts on fasting blood glucose,glucose tolerance of diabetic mice and Plasma Glucose Area Under Curve. Results: Compared with the model group,in the low-dose,medium-dose,and high-dose groups of the penicillin extract,the fasting blood glucose decreased( P < 0. 05),the glucose tolerance level was significantly increased( P < 0. 05),and the area under the blood glucose curve decreased. Conclusion: The extracts of Cyclocaryapaliurus( Batal.) Ijinskaja has good curative effect on hyperglycemia and glucose tolerance of alloxan-induced diabetic mice. The mechanism may be related to islet cell repair and α-glycosidase inhibition.
