凶险性前置胎盘合并胎盘植入患者的聚焦解决模式护理干预

摘要
目的探讨聚焦解决模式的护理干预对凶险性前置胎盘合并胎盘植入患者妊娠结局的影响。方法选取本院收治的凶险性前置胎盘合并胎盘植入患者64例按随机抽签法分为2组,各32例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予聚焦解决模式的护理干预。统计2组妊娠结局,并比较干预前后疾病认知度、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分变化。结果干预后,观察组疾病知识认知度评分高于对照组(P<0.05),SAS、SDS评分则低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产后出血量少于对照组,终止妊娠时间长于对照组,新生儿Apgar评分及新生儿体质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将聚焦解决模式的护理干预应用于凶险性前置胎盘合并胎盘植入患者中,可提高其疾病认知度,缓解焦虑、抑郁负性情绪,改善妊娠结局。
Objective To explore effect of solution-focused nursing intervention on pregnancy outcomes of patients with dangerous placenta previa complicated with placental implantation.Methods A total of 64 cases with dangerous placenta previa complicated with placental implantation were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received solution-focused nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared,and the changes of disease cognition,Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) were compared before and after intervention.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of disease knowledge in the observation group were higher after intervention(P<0.05),and the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the time of termination of pregnancy was longer than that in the control group.The neonatal Apgar score and neonatal body weight were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of solution-focused nursing intervention for patients with dangerous placenta previa complicated with placental implantation can improve the recognition of the disease,relieve the negative emotions,and improve the outcomes of pregnancy.
