摘要

以人造钻石的生产部件为例,对内圆外方成形模具结构进行设计,根据生产需求多次改进,并对改进的过程以及前后的特点进行了详细的分析。改进后,从生产实践的效果来看,保证了制件质量的稳定,大幅度提高了生产效率,延长了模具的使用寿命。
        Based on the synthetic diamond production parts as an example, designing squareshaped die with an inner circle. According to production needs to improve the die for manytimes, and analyze the improvement process and the characteristics.After the improvement,toensure the stability of the product quality, greatly improved the production efficiency, prolongthe service life of the die.
