摘要
针对一种翻盖瓶盖设计了5板式多腔高效注塑模具。模腔布局为1模16腔H型平衡布局,单腔采用单点点浇口进行浇注,流道采用H型平衡式流道布局,保证了各腔的等效注塑。模具通过模板5次分型打开来实现塑料件的自动化注塑生产,第1次、第2次打开用于流道废料的自动脱模,第3次打开用于成型件的先抽芯,第4次、第5次打开外加第1次顶出用于塑料件局部特征的3次强制脱模,第2次顶出用于对塑料件进行完全顶出。模板驱动3次强制脱模的应用,减少了滑块等脱模机构的应用,有效降低了模具制造成本。模具辅助机构设计中,通过合理地设置3组顺序控制机构及配套的定距分离机构,可靠地实现了模具各功能动作的按序进行。
        A kind of high ef?ciency injection mould with ?ve-plate and multiple-cavity was designed for a ?ip type bottle cap.The layout of the mould cavity is the H-type balanced layout of 1 mould and 16 cavities,the single-cavity adopts the single pointgate for gating system,the ?ow channel adopts the H-type balanced ?ow channel layout,which ensures the equivalent injection molding of each cavity. Mould was opened by template 5 times parting to realize the automation of injection molding production,the ?rst and the second opening were used to realize the waste materials automatic demoulding,the third was used for the once corepulling,the fourth,and the ?fth and the ?rst ejection were used for local characteristics of the plastic parts for the three times forced demoulding,the second ejection were used for plastic parts to be demoulded completely. The application of three times of forced demoulding driven by the template reduces the application of slider and other demoulding mechanism,and effectively reduces the cost of mould manufacturing. In the design of the auxiliary mechanism of the mould,three sets of sequence control mechanism were set reasonably,and the corresponding distance separation mechanism was set up,the sequential operation of each functional action of the mould is reliably realized.
