摘要
目的研究比较海南产九里香叶和果实中挥发油的化学成分及相对含量。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取九里香叶和果实中的挥发油,气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)结合保留指数进行分析和鉴定。结果从九里香叶和果实的挥发油中分别鉴定出挥发性化合物61种和44种,分别占挥发油总量的96.2%和99.4%。结论九里香叶和果实的挥发油存在较大差异,其主要成分倍半萜的含量分别为91.9%和43.4%,其中共有成分23种。该方法为九里香进一步的研究及开发利用提供了参考。
        Objective To determine the contents of essential oils from leaves and fruits of Murraya exotica. Methods The essential oils were extracted from the fruits and leaves of Murraya exotica by hydrodistillation,and analyzed and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry( GC-MS) combined with Kovat's retention index( KI). Results Sixty-one chemical components were identified from the essential oils of leaves,and forty-four from the essential oil of fruits,representing the relative contents of 96. 2% and 99. 4% of the total oil. Conclusion The chemical components in the oils from leaves and fruits exhibited significant differences and the major components were sesquiterpenes,representing 91. 9% from leaves and 43. 4% from fruits. Twenty three common components were identified in both the leaves and fruits. The results may provide experimental basis for further exploitation of Murraya exotica.
