摘要
通过共沉淀法合成磁性氧化石墨烯作为磁固相萃取材料,结合酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)建立测定芝麻油中黄曲霉毒素B_1含量的新方法。试验考察了萃取条件和洗脱条件等参数对黄曲霉毒素B_1吸附效率的影响,在最优的试验条件下,检出灵敏度为0.05μg/kg,日内和日间相对标准偏差分别为3.75%~5.14%和5.26%~7.15%,实际样品加标回收率在80.6%~92.3%。结果表明,该方法稳定性好、测定准确,适用于芝麻油中黄曲霉毒素B_1含量的检测。
        Magnetic graphene oxide was synthesized by coprecipitation method, which was used as magnetic adsorbent a new way of determination of aflatoxin B_1 in sesame oil by magnetic solid phase extraction linked with ELISA. The major parameters affecting extraction efficiency were studied, including extraction conditions and elution conditions. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the limit of detection(LOD)was calculated as 0.05 μg/kg, the relative standard diviations of intra-day and inter-day repeated experiments was 3.75 %-5.14 % and 5.26 %-7.15 %, respectively. The recoveries of aflatoxin B_1 in sesame oil samples were in the range of 80.6 %-92.3 %, the results showed the method had good stability and accuracy, and which was suitable for the determination of aflatoxin B_1 in sesame oil.
