Mersilene带及10号丝线用于预防性阴式宫颈环扎术的临床疗效观察

摘要
目的:探讨Mersilene带及10号丝线两组不同材料用于预防性阴式宫颈环扎术的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析35例行预防性阴式宫颈环扎术的患者(其中10号丝线组13例,Mersilene带组22例)围术期资料及妊娠结局,评价两种材料应用于预防性阴式宫颈环扎术的临床疗效。结果:Mersilene带及10号丝线两组患者流产率、早产率、延长妊娠天数、分娩孕周差异无统计学差异(P> 0. 05),但Mersilene带组足月产率及活产儿出生体重明显高于10号丝线组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:Mersilene带及10号丝线两组材料用于预防性阴式宫颈环扎术均能改善宫颈机能不全患者妊娠情况,但Mersilene带能明显提高足月产率及新生儿出生体重。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Mersilene tape and no. 10 silk thread in prophylactic cervical cerclage. Methods: A total of 35 cases of patients undergoing preventive vaginal cervix ligation in our hospital from July2012 to July 2018 were analyzed,including 13 cases in the no. 10 silk thread group and 22 cases in the Mersilene tap group. By reviewing the perioperative data and pregnancy outcome of the patients,the clinical efficacy of the two materials in the prophylactic cervical cerclage was evaluated. Results: There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in abortion rate,preterm delivery rate,extended days,and gestational age(P > 0. 05),but the full-term birth rate and birth weight of live infants in Mersilene tape group were significantly higher than those in no. 10 silk thread group(P < 0. 05). Conclusions: Two groups of materials,Mersilene tape and no. 10 silk thread,were used for preventive vaginal cervix ligation,which could improve the pregnancy status of patients with cervical insufficiency,but the Mersilene tape could significantly improve the full-term birth rate and newborn birth weight.
