摘要
氨基磺酸镍作为一种新型电镀剂,已广泛应用于汽车、冶金等行业。实验以电镀级硫酸镍,碳酸钠和氨基磺酸为原料制备氨基磺酸镍,讨论p H、温度和时间对制备碳酸镍的影响,以及对溶液的p H合成氨基磺酸镍溶液进行了研究,确定了氨基磺酸镍的最佳生产工艺参数:其中碳酸镍的制备p H为7~7.5,温度为60~80℃,反应时间为2 h,氨基磺酸的酸度为3~3.5。产品溶液色泽度好,性质稳定。
        As a new type of electroplating agent,nickel sulfonic acid has been widely used in automobile,metallurgy and other industries. Nickel sulfamate was prepared by electroplating nickel sulfate,sodium carbonate and amino sulfonic acid. The effects of p H,temperature and time on the preparation of nickel carbonate were discussed and the p H of the solution on the synthesis of nickel sulfamic acid solution was studied. The optimum production process parameters of nickel amino sulfonic acid were determined. The preparation of nickel carbonate p H was 7 ~ 7. 5,the temperature was60 ~ 80 ℃,the reaction time was 2 h and the acidity of amino sulfonic acid was 3 ~ 3. 5. The product solution had good color and stability.
