摘要
基于动力计算理论,采用有限元法对不同冲击作用下拱坝聚氨酯保温层的动力响应进行数值模拟,通过跟踪冲击过程中应力变化分析了保温层的瞬态动力特性,并提出了一定的保护措施。计算结果表明,聚氨酯保温层动力响应不受撞击位置的影响,与撞击速度呈正相关;多点撞击时,各点之间相互影响,点群中心位置动力响应剧烈。同时铁丝网砂浆具有良好的保护性能,可为工程安全防护提供参考。
Based on the theory of dynamic calculation, the dynamic responses of polyurethane insulation layer of arch dam under different impact loads are simulated by finite element method. The transient dynamic characteristics of insulation layer are analyzed by tracking the stress changes in impact process, and some protective measures are proposed. The calculation results show that,( a) the dynamic response of polyurethane insulation layer is not affected by the impact position, but is positively correlated with the impact velocity, and( b) when multiple impacts occur, the impact points interact with each other, and the dynamic response in the center of point group is severe. At the same time, the wire mesh mortar has good protection performance, which can provide reference for engineering safety protection.
