摘要

十多年来,随着我国高等教育大众化进程的快速推进,民办本科教育无论是在量上还是在质上都迅速发展起来。在这种背景下,相当数量外聘教师的存在在一定时期内弥补了师资力量的不足。然而,当前我国的高等教育发展又将迎来一次影响巨大且深远的转型过程,精英式学科型的培养方式将多元化为学科型和技能型的多层次目标的培养目标定位。因而,在这种新的形势下,外聘教师队伍对于转型中的民办本科院校来说就具有了更为广泛的意义和作用。
        With the rapid advancement of the popularization of higher education in our country,the private undergraduate education has developed rapidly in both quantity and quality.In this context,a great number of part-time teachers make up for the lack of the problem of the shortage of teachers. However,the development of higher education in China will have a great impact on the transformation process,and the training mode of the elite is a multi level target of the subject and skill. In the new situation,the parttime teachers during type transition of private universities to have a more extensive significance and role.
