红酒多酚稳定性研究及美白功效评价

摘要
采用微波法提取红葡萄酒中的多酚物质,测定红酒多酚在不同外在条件下(即温度、光照、紫罗兰香精和防腐剂G-Plus、氧化剂和还原剂)的吸光度的改变,从而对其稳定性进行测定,测定了红酒多酚的酪氨酸酶抑制率和对DPPH·自由基的清除能力,并制备了红酒多酚美白精华液,通过人体实验,评价其美白功效。结果表明:红酒多酚其稳定性受到光照、温度影响,在配方体系中加入一定量的香精、防腐剂、氧化剂和还原剂不会影响其稳定性。在3. 0%的受试浓度下,红酒多酚的酪氨酸酶抑制率达到80. 21%,对自由基(DPPH·)的清除能力达到75. 35%,红酒多酚制成的美白精华有一定的美白能力,能显著降低皮肤黑色素含量和增加皮肤亮度而美白皮肤。结果说明红酒多酚具有一定的美白和抗氧化功效,可以作为天然的美白化妆品添加剂。
        Method of microwave extraction was used for the extraction of polyphenols from red wine. The stability of the red wine polyphenols were determined by the changes of the absorbance in different external conditions( temperature,light,violet fragrance and preservative G-Plus,oxidizer and reducing agent),and the inhibition rate of tyrosinase and the scavenging ability to DPPH free radicals in red wine polyphenols were also measured.In addition,the whitening essence based on red wine polyphenols was prepared and its whitening activities were evaluated.The results showed that the stability of red wine polyphenols were affected by light and temperature and were not affected by a certain amount of essence,antiseptic,oxidant,and reductant in the formulation system.In 3%of the tested concentration,the inhibition rate of tyrosinase of red wine polyphenols reached to 80. 21% and the ability to scavenge DPPH free radicals reached to 75. 35%. Whitening Essence with red wine polyphenols had certain whitening capacity.It could reduce melanin content and increase brightness in the human skin significantly. All results indicated that red wine polyphenols had certain whitening and antioxidant effects.We hope that it can be used as a cosmetic additive for skin whitening in the future.
