超声引导EnCor微创旋切技术在副乳腺切除术中的应用

摘要
目的:分析超声引导En Cor微创旋切技术在副乳腺切除术中的应用。方法:选取本院2013年1月-2017年12月收治的59例行副乳腺切除术患者为研究对象。根据手术方法不同分为对照组27例(传统开放性副乳腺切除术组)和观察组32例(微创旋切术组)。比较两组手术指标、术后并发症发生情况以及对手术治疗的满意情况。结果:观察组术中出血量、手术时间、切口愈合时间均少于对照组,瘢痕长度短于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(t=18.154、25.606、7.541、11.581,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为7.4%,低于对照组的28.1%,比较差异有统计学意义(X~2=4.144,P=0.042);观察组总满意率为92.6%(25/27),高于对照组的68.8%(22/32),比较差异有统计学意义(X~2=5.138,P<0.05)。结论:超声引导En Cor微创旋切技术应用在副乳腺切除术中,效果显著,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the application of En Cor minimally invasive technique under ultrasonic guidance in accessory mastectomy.Method:A total of 59 patients experienced accessory mastectomy in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2017 were selected as research objectives.According to different surgical methods,they were divided into 27 cases of control group(traditional open accessory mastectomy group) and 32 cases of observation group(minimally invasive excision group).The surgical indexes,postoperative complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,incision healing time in the observation group were shorter than those of control group,the scar length was shorter than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=18.154,25.606,7.541,11.581,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.4%,which was significantly less than 28.1% in the control group(X~2=4.144,P=0.042).The satisfaction of the observation group was 92.6%(25/27),significantly higher than 68.8%(22/32) in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(X~2=5.138,P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of En Cor minimally invasive technique in accessory mastectomy under ultrasonic guidance is remarkably effective and worthwhile to popularize.
