摘要
软弱地层矿山法开挖过程中,地层加固直接影响到开挖的安全和效率。基于西安地铁4号线下穿火车站咽喉区暗挖施工实例,结合对类似地层注浆工艺及其效果的调研,对特殊地段隧道围岩注浆加固方案进行了研究。同时,通过对开挖前不同段的注浆加固试验,确定出钻孔长度、注浆压力、扩散半径及浆液配合比等工艺参数,确保了隧道开挖处于无水作业环境,保证了施工与施工过程中火车运行的安全。
        During the excavation process of the weak stratum,the reinforcement of stratum directly affects the safety and efficiency of excavation. Take Xi'an metro line 4 under the throat of the railway station as an example,combined with the investigation of similar formation grouting technology and its effects,the grouting reinforcement scheme of the surrounding rock of the special section tunnel was studied. At the same time,through the grouting reinforcement test of different sections before excavation,the process parameters such as bore length,grouting pressure,diffusion radius and slurry mix ratio are determined to ensure the tunnel excavation is in a water-free working environment,which ensures the safety of construction and the train operation during construction.
