摘要
油井热洗是油田开发中修井作业前维护油井正常生产的重要措施。本文以油田生产污染防控的"源头控制"为原则,保证原油不落地,采用加药洗井的方式,将井筒生产管柱作为防控起点,利用表面活性剂的独特性能,研发了新型洗井液体系,可有效降低现场配药温度,该体系在65℃条件下洗油效率达到90%以上,药剂浓度在0.6%时油水界面张力降至10~(-4)MN/m。有效避免油污在修井作业时从井筒携带出井口,造成地面及环境的污染。
        Hot washing of oil wells is an important measure to maintain the normal production of oil wells before workover operations in oil field development.Based on the principle of"source control"in the prevention and control of oil field production pollution,this paper ensures that crude oil is not polluted,and uses the method of adding medicaments to clean up the well,using the wellbore production string as the starting point for prevention and control and using the unique performance of surfactant,develops a new type of flushing fluid system,which can effectively reduce the field dispensing temperature.The system has an oil washing efficiency of more than 90%at 65℃,and the oil-water interfacial tension drops to 10~(-4)mn/m when the concentration of medicaments is 0.6%,which can effectively prevent oil pollution from being carried out from the wellbore during workover operations,thus avoiding resulted in ground and environmental pollution.
