摘要
油田高压注水泵机组是油田开发生产过程中不可缺少的主要设备之一。本文介绍了油田高压注水泵机组种类、高压注水泵机组异常情况事故案例、异常情况监测与控制技术、在线自动监控技术特点、现场应用情况及效果等内容。实践证明,运用先进的设备监测及诊断技术,开展油田高压注水泵机组异常监测及控制技术应用,对有效预防注水泵机组安全生产事故,提升设备的预知性修保能力,提升油田注水站生产异常情况的应急处置能力,提升油田注水站的系统效率和自动化水平,减轻职工的劳动强度,实现注水站高压注水泵机组及其辅助设备节能降耗和安全高效运行是十分有效且切实可行的。
        Oil field high pressure water injection pump unit is one of the main indispensable equipment in oilfield development and production process. This paper introduces the types of high-pressure water injection pump units in oilfields, the abnormal accident cases of high-pressure water injection pump units, the abnormal situation monitoring and control technology, the characteristics of on-line automatic monitoring technology, field application and effect, etc. Practice has proved that the application of advanced equipment monitoring and diagnosis technology to abnormal monitoring and control technology of oilfield high-pressure water injection pump units can effectively prevent the safety production accidents of water injection pump units, enhance the predictive maintenance ability of equipment, enhance the emergency handling ability of production abnormalities of oilfield water injection stations,improve the system efficiency and automation level of oilfield water injection stations, and alleviate their duties. It is very effective and feasible to realize the energy-saving, consumption-reducing and safe and efficient operation of high-pressure water injection pump units and their auxiliary equipment in water injection stations by means of labor intensity.
