高压电机介质损耗因数试验的电极结构、原理及与内屏蔽技术的关系分析

摘要
本文结合实测数据对比分析四种测量电极结构:"低阻断开,测量电极仅包含槽部低阻长"、"测量电极仅包含槽部低阻长,两电极"、"测量电极包至高阻末端,三电极"以及"测量电极仅包含槽部低阻长,保护电极在低阻防晕层末端,电位跟踪";从试验原理角度阐述"西林电桥"、"电流比较仪"、"数字化测量原理设备"整机绕组介质损耗因数试验的差异;研究了介质损耗因数测量结果与导线内屏蔽技术的关系,得出结论:使用内屏蔽技术后介质损耗因数起始值略有增大,但增量显著降低。
        Testing methods for dissipation factor of large generator winding are focused in this paper. Testing data of four kinds of measuring electrode structures are compared and analyzed. Principles of Schering bridge, current comparator, and digital measurement are described. The influence of internal corona protection to the test result of dielectric dissipation factor is discussed, and it is found that the initial value is increased slightly, but the increment of dissipation factor decreased obviously.
