农民对大豆目标价格政策的满意度分析

摘要
在黑龙江省进行农民对大豆目标价格满意度的问卷调查,并通过层次分析法从补贴三要素、宏观保障和收益对比3方面构建评价指标体系,评价了农民对大豆目标价格满意度,并分析了其对2015年大豆种植决策的影响。结果表明:农民对大豆目标价格总体满意度为2.336,处于中等偏下的水平,其中,对补贴三要素和收益对比方面的满意度较低。尽管满意度不高,2015年种植决策仍以稳定种植为主。
The questionnaire survey on farmers' satisfaction on soybean target price policy was conducted in Heilongjiang province. Through constructing evaluation index system from subsidy factors,macro-guarantees and benefit,the satisfaction was evaluated,and then the effect on soybean planting decision in 2015 were analyzed. The results showed that total satisfaction of farmers on soybean target price policy was 2. 336,below average level. And the farmers were less satisfaction on subsidy factors and comparative benefit. However,it indicated that the planting plan of soybean in 2015 was mainly stablely planting.
