基于神经网络的图书馆个性化服务质量的评价

摘要
本文通过对图书馆新一代个性化服务的分析构建了评价指标体系,应用BP神经网络建立了个性化服务的总体评价模型,该模型是通过精选的带标签样本完成神经网络的训练,可输出5级总体评价结果。对样本的评价结果进行分析可得出:建立的神经网络模型可以对输入的每个服务对象的指标数据进行有效评价,并给出优秀、良好、中等、一般和较差的合理等级分类,能够用于图书馆个性化服务质量的评估。
This paper constructs an evaluation index system through the analysis of the new generation of personalized services in libraries,and establishes an overall evaluation model of personalized services by using BP neural network. The model completes the training of the neural network through selected labeled samples, and can output five-level overall evaluation results. Through the analysis of the evaluation results of the samples, it can be concluded that the established neural network model can effectively evaluate the input evaluation data of each library customer, and provide a reasonable classification of excellent, good, medium, general and poor grades, which can be used for the evaluation of library personalized service quality.
