摘要
介绍了利用核磁分析仪对润滑油基础油性能的研究,并从分子学角度阐述了分析模型的准确性及可靠性。利用核磁共振技术快速扫描分析,得到基于几十组润滑油基础油化验分析数据的谱图,通过偏最小二乘法原理,建立快速测定润滑油基础油主要性质的分析模型。该方法极大程度地减轻了化验分析耗油多、耗时长的问题,且更好地满足方案制定、生产调整与优化等工作的需要。
This paper introduces the research on lube base oil property by using nuclear magnetic analyzer,and expounds the accuracy and reliability of the analysis model at the molecular level.Based on the analysis data and spectra of dozens of groups of lube base oils obtained by NMR rapid scanning,an analysis model for rapid determination of main properties of lube base oil is established by partial least square method.It can greatly reduce the oil and time needed in lab analysis,and better meet the requirements of making plans,operation adjustment and optimization.
