摘要
辽河环烷基原油润滑油馏分酸值较高,为保证后续产品精制需要,在糠醛白土精制工序之前采用加氢精制工艺对馏分油中的环烷酸进行脱除,但在降低油品酸值的同时由于加氢饱和作用,提高了油品的苯胺点,不利于低苯胺点特色产品的生产。从探索变换加氢精制条件对精制产品性质影响的角度入手,在生产装置上开展了一次工业试验,试验结果表明,适度降低加氢反应温度和反应压力,可以使中间产品色度和酸值保持在工艺控制指标范围内,同时有效降低产品的苯胺点。
        Liaohe naphthenic base crude oil has a high acid value in lubricating fractions. To meet the requirements of follow-up refining,the hydrotreating process was used to remove the naphthenic acid existing in the fractions before they went into the furfural-clay unit. However,the hydrogenation saturation led to the increase of aniline point which is not conducive to the production of low aniline point oils. In order to find out the effect on the characters of hydrotreating products while changing hydrotreating conditions,a series of industrial tests were conducted on the production units. The results show that the moderate decrease of reaction temperature and pressure can keep the color and acid value of the intermediates within the specifications and the aniline point can be lowered effectively as well.
