摘要
液压振动台是现始代板坯连铸机的核心设备,可方便的改变振动波形、振幅、频率,能实现非正弦振动,极大的满足连铸工艺的需要。由于振动台伺服阀终处在高频大行程的运动状态,容易引起磨损,产生零位泄漏,导致零位电流增大和振动曲线波峰处的抖动。传感器处于恶略环境,进水后失控并产生紊乱信号。通过多起故障的分析,对伺服阀、传感器的技术改造,降低了故障率,产生了良好的经济效益。
        The hydraulic oscillator is the core equipment of the modern slab caster,it is convenient to change the vibration wave,amplitude and frequency,non sinusoidal vibration can be realized,the needs of the continuous casting process are greatly met. Because the oscillator servo valve is always in the high frequency and large stroke movement,easy to cause wear,producing zero leakage,it leads to the increase of zero current and the jitter at the peak of the vibration curve. The sensor is in a wicked environment,when the water gets out of control and produces disordered signals. Through the analysis of multiple failures,the technical transformation of the servo valve and the sensor,the failure rate is reduced,it has produced good economic benefits.
