摘要
在水处理的混凝沉淀过程中加入惰性重介质微粒以加速混凝和沉淀过程的重介质混凝沉淀技术(DLCS,也称磁混凝沉淀技术)正被越来越多的技术人员所接受,并开始应用于一些污水处理工程,特别是提标改造工程。重介质微粒具有粒径小、密度高、流动性差等特性,使得该技术应用之初不可避免地会遇到各种困境。随着技术的进步,难题正逐步被克服。文章介绍了实际应用中常见的几个难点及专利解决方案。
The process of dense media loading coagulation and sedimentation(DLCS), called as magnetic separation or magnetic coagulation sometimes, is being accepted by more and more technicians in recent years, and applied in the sewage treatment engineering projects to meet the new standards. The dense media particles have the characteristics of high density, small particle size, poor fluidity, etc. In order to solve the difficulties in the application, some patent solutions were developed, and successfully used in a plant in Jiangsu Province.
