摘要
本文对四氯乙烯装置副产氯化氢精馏塔进行Aspen Plus软件的优化模拟,得到最优的理论板数、进料位置、回流比及出料量等关键参数,为现行设备操作优化提供理论参考。
In this paper,the optimization of Aspen Plus software for the by-product hydrogen chloride rectification column of the tetrachloroethylene plant is carried out,and the optimal theoretical plate number,feed position,reflux ratio,discharge amount and other key parameters are obtained. Equipment operation optimization improves theoretical reference.
