李文杰从虚(血-阳)实(痰)情志辨治心悸

摘要
李文杰教授认为痰、虚(不论血虚,阳虚)、情志不调或原发脏腑疾病相互作用,影响肝脾功能,脾失运化或肝失疏泄,扰及心神,发为心悸;提出"心悸之诊治应究其根本,实则泻之,虚则补之"的独到见解,实证(痰热内扰、肝郁化火)心悸,重在理气消痰,疏肝化火;虚者(心血不足、心阳不振),治疗以益气养血,温补心阳,宁心安神为主;情志不调,当疏肝解郁,清火安神,逍遥散主之;组方遣药配伍体现药对相须相使,注意药味、剂量比例;根据证型,采取相应治法方药。
Professor LI Wenjie said that phlegm, deficiency(regardless of blood deficiency, Yang deficiency), emotion interaction or primary viscera disease, affect the function of liver and spleen, spleen operation or the liver pathogenesis, interference in mind, and send to the palpitation; diagnosis and treatment of "palpitation should investigate its fundamental, treating excess with purgation and treating deficiency with tonification" original opinion, excess(phlegm heat disturbance, liver fire) palpitations, emphasized spleen phlegm elimination, Shugan Huahuo; deficiency(heart-blood deficiency, heart-yang deficiency), supplementing Qi and nourishing blood, warmly invigorating heart yang, calming the heart and tranquilizing the mind; emotion disorder, relieving the depressed liver, clear fire and calm the nerves, treatment with Xiaoyao San; in terms of formula sent medicine, should be reflected in compatibility with medicine to mutual promotion and mutual enhancement, pay attention to ingredients, dosage proportion;according to the type of syndrome, adopt corresponding treatment agent.
