石氏伤科外用方之三色膏应用浅悟

摘要
石氏伤科作为上海滩享誉海内外的一大骨伤流派,已有百余年的历史,三色膏更是其著名的外用药膏之一。文章介绍了外治法用药特点及优势,总结了石氏伤科用药组方重视通气阻、通血凝、通瘀痰之"三通"特点,重点介绍了石氏三色膏的方解、研制、随证加减等,认为三色膏既可消肿解毒,又可通络止痛、补益肝肾,且佐以清热凉血;膏药药性偏温,可用于损伤后的不同阶段,又可治疗寒湿痹痛及陈伤老伤,其遣方用药暗合石氏以气为主、以血为先的治伤核心学术思想。传统外敷手法工艺,根据损伤部位、范围"度身制作"外用敷药,因人而异,灵活方便,体现传统医学辨证论治的特点。
Shi′s Traumatology Department has been known as a large clinic of bone injury at Shanghai.It has been working for more than 100 years,with its famous topical ointment named Three-color Paste.This paper introduces the characteristics and advantages of the external treatment method and summarizes the characteristics of the "three Tong" of Shi′s medical treatment prescription,which emphasizes the regulating and dissolving Qi resistance,Blood circulation,and Phlegm blocking.This paper focuses on the explanation,development and modification of Shis Three-color Paste.It is believed that the Three-color cream can not only reduce swelling and detoxification but also relieves pain,replenishes Liver and Kidney,when is accompanied by drugs functioning in clearing Heat and cooling Blood.The paste is warm in character and can be used in different stages after injury.It can also be used in treatment of Bi Syndrome,which caused by coldness and dampness,as well as in treatment of all kinds of injuries.The paste follows the academic ideas in treatment of injury that Qi and Blood are the focuses.With traditional external application techniques and according to the injury site of different patients,the paste can be used flexibly and conveniently,which reflects the characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation.
