摘要
目的掌握2011—2017年酒泉市居民食用碘盐监测结果,为酒泉市持续消除和防治碘缺乏病并评价其防治效果提供科学依据。方法按照《甘肃省碘盐监测方案》规定的抽样方法和盐碘测定方法,对酒泉市7个县(市、区)居民户食用碘盐进行监测。结果 2011—2017年酒泉市居民户食用碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率和合格碘盐食用率均在95%以上,各项监测指标均达到国家规定标准;2011—2017年各年度碘盐覆盖率差异无统计学意义;各监测点的合格碘盐食用率、碘盐合格率和碘盐覆盖率差异有统计学意义。结论酒泉市居民户碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率和合格碘盐食用率均已持续达到国家碘缺乏病消除标准,说明酒泉市碘盐质量和食用情况良好,食盐加碘防治碘缺乏病的工作得到了有效落实,为持续巩固全市碘缺乏病防治工作成果提供了科学模式。
        OBJECTIVE To acquire the monitoring result of iodine salt among the residents in Jiuquan from 2011 to 2017 so as to provide scientific evidence for sustainable cancellation, prevention and cure the iodine deficiency disease(IDD) and evaluation on its prevention and control effects in Jiuquan. METHODS A ccording to the sampling method and salt iodine measurement method in Iodine Salt Monitor Project in Gansu Provincewere used to monitor the salt iodine carry among the residents in 7 counties(cities, districts) ofJiuquan.RESULTS From 2011 to 2017, the edible iodine salt coverage rate, qualified rate of iodine salt and qualified iodine salt were above95% among residents in Jiuquan, varied monitoring indexes all reached to the national qualification. There was no statistical significance on the differences of iodine salt coverage from 2011 to 2011. There was statistical significance among the differences of qualified iodine salt usage coverage, qualified rate of iodine salt and the coverage of iodine salt. CONCLUSION The qualified iodine salt usage coverage, qualified rate of iodine salt and the coverage of iodine salt among residents of Jiuquan had already reached to the national regulation,which showed that the quality and usage of iodine salt in Jiuquan was well. The prevention on IDD had been implemented, which provided scientific mode for sustainably implementing the prevention and treatment of IDD.
