大黄?虫丸抗癌作用的基础理论及临床治疗研究进展

摘要
张仲景在《金匮要略》中创制的大黄?虫丸是有效的抗癌中成药方,适用于肝癌、胃癌、食道癌、肺癌、胰腺癌、白血病以及宫颈癌、子宫肌瘤等,能显著提高患者生活质量,减缓肿瘤的发展。本文整理分析了其在抗癌症治疗中的基础及临床研究概况,综述其抗肿瘤机制研究进展,并结合本课题组的研究成果提出将缓中补虚、活血化瘀功效与寒凉药性结合,利用现代新型科学技术,结合中医理论进行整体与拆方研究,为大黄?虫丸抗肿瘤的研究提供新思路。
Dahuang Zhechong Pill from " Synopsis of the Golden Chamber( Jin Gui Yao Lue) " written by ZHANG Zhong-jing is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine prescription for clinical treatment of cancer. It is mainly applicable to liver cancer,gastric cancer,esophageal cancer,lung cancer,pancreatic cancer,leukemia,cervical cancer and uterine fibroid. Its anti-tumor effect is due to improving the quality of life of the host,retarding the development of tumor. This article analyzes its basic and clinical research in anti-cancer therapy and summarizes its research progress on anti-tumor effect. Combined with the research results of the research group,we propose to combine the efficacy of slowly tonifying and replenishing and blood stasis with cold medicine property,using modern new science and technology,combined with traditional Chinese medicine theory to conduct whole and disassembled research. It will provide new ideas for the researches on the anti-tumor effects of Dahuang Zhechong Pill.
