磨煤机动态分离器改造对准东煤燃烧经济性及结渣特性的影响研究

摘要
为降低燃料成本,某电厂150 MW机组进行了燃烧准东煤改造,改造完成后一直存在煤粉偏粗、飞灰炉渣含碳量过高、水冷壁及高过结渣严重等问题,影响锅炉运行的经济性和安全性。经燃烧调整,发现主要原因是煤粉细度过大,且常规调整措施均无法将煤粉细度降低到合格水平,分析认为是磨煤机选用的静态分离器对准东煤适应性不佳,因此对磨煤机进行了静态分离器改动态分离器改造。改造结果显示,采用动态分离器后煤粉细度R90由改造前的40%以上降低到20%左右,飞灰和炉渣含碳量由改造前的10%以上降低到2%以下,水冷壁及高过结渣明显减轻,显示对磨煤机进行动态分离器改造是成功的。
        Zhundong coal combustion modification was implemented at 150 MW unit in a power plant in order to reduce fuel costs. After the modification,the problems that large pulverized coalfineness,high carbon content in ash and slag,serious slag-bonding of water cooled wall and high temperature have been existed,which affectede conomy and safety of boiler operation. Combustion adjustment showed that large pulverized coal fineness was the main reason and it can't be adjusted by conventional adjustment measures. Based on the analyses,separator is not suitable for zhundong coal,so dynamic separator modification was implemented to the coal pulverizer. The modification result shows that pulverized coal fineness R90 can be reduced from above 40% to around 20% by means of pulverizerdynamic separator modification. Besides,the carbon content of ash and slag decreased from more than 10% to less than 2%,slag-bonding of water cooled wall and high temperature superheater reduced significantly. The effect is remarkable and it showed that dynamic separator modification is successful to the coal pulverizer.
