摘要
随着我国经济的飞速发展,电能消耗日益增加,电能成为现代社会国民经济和人民生活的重要保障。针对三相电能表自动化流水检定中,贴标单元作业时漏贴合格证的实际情况,介绍一种适用于三相电能表自动流水线贴标单元的装置,该装置能够准确辨别三相电能表是否贴标及贴标位置是否准确。装置极大地提升了三相电能表自动化流水检定效率和准确率,大大节省了重复读取数据信息并进行二次贴标操作时人力物力的耗费,具有一定的实用价值。
        With the rapid development of China's economy,electric energy consumption is increasing day by day.Nowadays,electric energy plays a vital role in almost all aspects in the national economy and people's life in modern society.In view of the actual situation that the qualified certificate is not pasted when the labeling unit is working in the automatic flow-line verification of three phase watt-hour meter,we introduce a device which can accurately distinguish whether the labling and the position of labeling are correct in the automatic labeling unit of three phase power meter.This device greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of automatic flow verification of three phase watt-hour meter.The application of this device would greatly reduce the usage of human labor and material resources during label check which contributes to cost reduction and worthy of promotion.
