物联网工程专业创新人才培养探索

摘要
通过介绍我国高校物联网工程专业人才培养现状,提出了具体的创新人才培养方案:在师资建设方面,要不断扩大教师队伍,定期对在职教师进行培训。在课程体系建设方面,应设置基础的主干课程,并在此基础上设置相关的专业模块课程。在教材建设方面,应选取口碑较好的现有教材,并结合高校实际情况改进教学模式。在教学手段建设方面,应将理论教学与实践教学紧密结合,构建网络资源平台,完善课程考核方式。在平台建设方面,应利用高校现有资源自主建设适合物联网工程专业的实验室。只有这样,才能真正推动我国物联网产业的深入发展。
By introducing the current situation of talent cultivation of Internet of Things Engineering Specialty in colleges and universities,it puts forward specific innovative talent cultivation programs: in the aspect of teacher construction,teachers should be continuously expanded and in-service teachers should be regularly trained. We should set up basic backbone courses,and set up relevant professional module courses. In the aspect of textbook construction,we should select the existing textbooks with good reputation and improve the teaching mode according to the actual situation of colleges. In the construction of teaching means,we should closely combine theoretical teaching with practical teaching,build a network resource platform,and improve the way of curriculum assessment. In terms of platform construction,we should make use of the existing resources of universities to independently build laboratories suitable for Internet of Things engineering specialty. Only in this way can we really promote the in-depth development of China's Internet of Things industry.
